going into pittsburgh bay point. up here the shadowy line, highway 4, that does not have b.a.r.t. as an alternate. right now over the last three minutes, i've subpoeeen speeds from 65 at the speed limit down towards 58. starting to slow that slowdown coming from as street over to summersville. we have seen that, 5 there as well. we monitor that as well as another spot where b.a.r.t. is not an alternate for folks coming westbound 580 out of the altamont pass. right now things are moving smoothly through livermore. b.a.r.t. picks up right about here. and in the eastbound direction, you see that traditional slowing through the construction zone. a couple lanes blocked possibly until 6:00. those should pick up in the next half hour over there. really, the right volume prevents any major issues there. oakland also through the east bay, we're looking at the northbound traffic past the coliseum. a nice, steady flow around the bend at high street and heading into downtown. i've been watching these lights. seen heavier volume increasing over the last 20 minutes right here, and we'll see th
